## What is ReplySpar?

ReplySpar trains service businesses to reply faster and better to new customer enquiries. It sends realistic, AI-individualised test enquiries through the company's real channels (contact forms and booking email), measures what decides the deal — response time, concreteness, and how the customer is treated — and follows up with coaching feedback to the employee and recurring reports to management.

The training is done openly: the team knows sparring is ongoing, but not when. Deliberate practice — not secret testing.

All AI assessment runs on Nordic, GDPR-friendly infrastructure. Customer data never leaves the Nordics.

Built for small and mid-sized service businesses in Sweden and Finland: clinics, salons, tradespeople, gyms — and everyone else who wins or loses customers with the first reply.
