The agreement
These terms apply to subscriptions to the ReplySpar service, provided by Nordalster AB (company reg. no. 559279-8002), referred to below as "we". The agreement is entered into when you take out a subscription on replyspar.com. The service is aimed at businesses and other traders.
The service
ReplySpar is a web-based subscription service delivered digitally via login at replyspar.com. It helps businesses train and improve how they handle customer enquiries. No physical goods are delivered.
Prices and payment
Current prices are shown at replyspar.com/priser. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor excluding VAT unless otherwise noted. Payment is made recurrently in advance per subscription period via our payment partner Mollie. You are responsible for ensuring the payment details provided are valid.
Subscription period and renewal
The subscription runs for the period you have chosen (monthly or yearly) and renews automatically for a new period until cancelled. Cancellation is done via your account or by emailing hello@replyspar.com and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel the subscription at any time ahead of the next period. An already-paid period is not refunded, but you keep access to the service until the end of that period. If the service has a fault that we do not remedy within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund for the affected period.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. Our total liability is limited to what you have paid for the service during the last twelve months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the service well before they take effect. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
